HOWDY ALL!!!

I'm Silva and this is my site, in case you hadn't noticed. Well, looking around me in this modern age I saw that the majority of people have websites now so I thought to myself 'Silva, you always were one to follow the crowd, go get yourself a website'. So, here I am.

Now, you're probably all thinking 'what the hell is this woman going on about? Is there a purpose to this site?' and your answers are I don't know and yes, there is. I'm setting up this site mainly to promote my writing. I have written many semi-originals based on Lord of the Rings and, though I have posted my fics on Fanficion.net, I wanted them personalised. I have also recently started two originals, one of which is now on here, the other of which will be posted when I can be bothered to do so. On this site you will be able to find out about me, my obssessive crush on Orlando Bloom and you'll be able to read some of my fics.

Ok, so, I hope I haven't bored you too much and I hope you like my site. Please sign my guestbook and let me know what you think. Constructive critism is most welcome, I already know I'm crap.

Silvawen of the Istari
 
Now, this foxy lil' hunni is Silvawen, the character (created by Nissa (but only the name, race and a couple of other details) she was developed by me!). The Istari woman of the fic. I am absolutely nothing like this Silva, she is how I would wish to be.
I'll give a little insight to who she is: Silva is a member of the White Council and was once the handmaiden of Yavanna Kementàri, Valar Goddess of Earth. All her knowledge and powers are from Yavanna, who she holds very close to her heart (in a friends way, not a lesbiany way). She is one of five Heart Sisters, of whom she was the most beautiful until they arrived in Middle Earth. In arriving in Middle Earth, she discovered that her Heart Sister Lyncorath was suddenly more beautiful than she, this she was not happy about. However, she remains still as the most beautiful Maia in existence.
There is a little info about her, but you can get the proper story either from her biography or, for the fullest explanation, you can read Silvawen (by me) and then The Fellowship of the Naz-Girls (by GoT the Tavern's Wench. A link to Fanfiction.net is on the links page.)

I am, to put it bluntly, a complete and utter, insane, LOTR geek. There's no other way of putting it. Anything remotely LOTR/The Hobbit related gets me all giggly and excited. So, you have been warned. If merely this is a scary thought for you, I suggest you don't carry on because most of the site will be like this and if you're not scared, well done, you're doing very well.
